Ghuman, Advocate for respondents No.3 to 6. Paramjeet Singh, J.(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 to 6 states that in Civil Suit No.45-T of 2009 titled as Sheesha Singh Vs. Surjit Kaur and others pending in the Court of Sh. Joginder Singh, Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Patiala, parties have already effected the compromise, which has been placed before the Court below as Ex.CX. Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in view of statement of learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 6, present writ petition be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner, if the said compromise is not found on the record, petitioner can revive the present writ petition before this Court by moving an appropriate application in accordance with law. Disposed of with liberty aforestated.
