CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE PARAMJEET SINGH Present: Mr. Ajay Arora, Advocate, for the petitioners. Paramjeet Singh, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for the issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from respondent No.4 and 5. The petitioners assert that they are major and as there is no legal impediment, they have allegedly got married. They have already moved a representation dated 25.06.2012 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.3 – Station House Officer, Police Station City, Sirsa for protecting their life and liberty. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3-Station House Officer Police Station City , Sirsa, to take an appropriate action on the representation dated 25.06.2012 (Annexure P-3). Cr. Misc.
