O R D E R 23.03.2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioners by means of this petition wants a direction upon the respondents to allow them to raise construction of a three storeyed commercial building at Bonbazar Duderhama Ganderbal. The petitioner alleges that they have applied for permission for the construction of three storeyed commercial building to the Chief Executive Officer Municipal Council Ganderbal on 25th February, 2021, along with all necessary no objection certificates from the various authorities, but till date, no specific orders for granting building permission has been passed. The petitioner therefore submits that there is deemed permission and they may be allowed to raise construction. Be that as it may be. Since the petitioner has not produced any permission to build the three storeyed building as aforesaid, I direct that their application for grant of permission as aforesaid may be considered by the respondent No. 3 in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months form the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
