O R D E R 26-09-2023 Petitioner may approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) as the challenge is against the impugned order dated 02-05-2023 as well as the actions taken under Section 13(2) and 13 (4) of the SARFAESI Act. Petitioner seeks some indulgence of this Court to proceed to DRT. Accordingly, as prayed, he is allowed to proceed to Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) within a period of one month from today. However, it is also directed that for a one month or till any such order is passed by the DRT on his approaching, status quo as on today be maintained. Petition disposed of.
