This appeal has been filed by the appellants against the order dated

08.04.2025 passed by the learned court of Additional Sessions Judge, (Special Court Designated under NIA Act), Pulwama, whereby the application for grant of bail preferred by the appellants was rejected.

Status-report has been filed by the respondent stating therein that the appellants have already been granted bail vide order dated 02.06.2025, as the investigation could not be concluded within the period prescribed under the statute.
