Recovery Officer Shri Pandurang Ganpati Patil and the order dated 18.5.1991 passed by the Government of Maharashtra in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, by which Urban Co-operative Credit Society was also covered for the purpose of the proceedings under section 101, these writ petitions have become infructuous. Hence, they are dismissed as infructuous. The interim reliefs, if any, stand vacated.
