On mentioning the writ petition is taken on board.
The petitioner in the writ petition has prayed that the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune Division, Sakhar Sankul, Shivajinagar, Pune be directed to immediately decide the Miscellaneous Application No.3 of 2003 under Section 148 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.
In case, the said application has not been decided, we direct 2 respondent No.1 to decide the Miscellaneous Application with the reasoned order within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Other prayers in this petition are not pressed. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
