Learncd Counsel for the petitioners lurther submits that pending the writ petition, the respondent authorities have 2 n issued a fresh Notification under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, on 12.11.2025 and in view of the same . the cau se in the u'rit petition no longer survives for adjudication and requested to close the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said proceedings belore the appropriate autl-rorities
