2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 28.08.2025 in W.P.No.25447 of 2025, the respondent authorities have registered the subject document.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that, pending the Writ Petition, the respondent authorities have l I I 2 o issued a fresh Notification under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, on 12.11.2025 and in view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication and requested to close the Writ Petition with a libcrty to challenge the said proceedings before the appropriate authorities.
4. Recording the alorementioned submissions made by learned counscl lor the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed, granting libertl' as sought for.
