Learned Counsel lor the petitioner submits that in viev"' of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4425 of 2025 dated 27.O3.2O25, the respondent authorities have registered the subjcct document.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner lurther submits that pending the writ petition, the respondent authorities have I I { I 2 - issued a lresh Notification under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, on 72.11.2025 and in view of the same. the catrse in the writ petition no longer survives lor adjudication and requested to close the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said proceedings before the appropriate authorities.
