Learned Counsel lor the petitioner submits that, in view of the interim orders passcd by this Court on 79.O3.2O25 rn W.P.No.82 15 of 2025, the respondent authorities have registered the subject document.

Learned Counsel lor the petitioner further submits that, pending the Writ Petition, the respondent authorities have 2 - issued a fresh Notification under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, on 72.1L2O25 and in view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication and requested to close the Writ Petition with a liberty to chailenge the said proceedings before the appropriate authorities.

Recording the aforementioned submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty as sought for.
