Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that pending the writ petition, the respondent authorities have 2 -:+a- issued a fresh Notification under Sectic,. t 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, on 12.11.2025 an<l in view of the same, the cause in the writ petition no lon 4er surwives for adjudication and requested to close the ur it petition with liberty to challenge the said proceedin ls before the appropriate authorities.
