25.O9.2025 in W.P.No.29190 of 2025, the respondent t { authorities have registered the subject document.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners further submits that, pending the Writ Petition, the respondent authorities 2 have issued a lresh Notihcation under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, on 12.11.2025 and in vier,v of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication and requested to close the Writ Petition with a liberty to cl.rallenge the said proceedings before the appropriate authorities.

4. Recording the aforementioned submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty as sought for.
