Heard Sri Eslavath Raju, learncd Counsel lor the petitioner, Smt. S.Sravalthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader lor Stamps and Registration appearing lor respondents ald perused the material on record.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28827 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025, the rcspondent authorities have registered the subject document.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that pending the writ petition, the respondent authorities have t ( 2 issued a fresh Notification under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, on 12.11.2025 and in view of the same. the cause in the u,rit petition no longer survives for adjudication and requested to close the writ petition with libert.y to challenge the said proceeclings belore the appropriate authorities.
