2. Learned C6unsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No. L9457 of 2025 dated O8.O7.2O25, the respondent authorities have registered the subject document.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners lurther submits that pending the writ petition, the respondent authorities have I I I 2 - issued a lresh Notification under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, on 12.11.2025 and in view of the same, the cause ir-r the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and requested to close the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said proceedings before the appropriate au thorities
4. Recording the alorementioned submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty as sought for.
