ORDER:

Heard Sri Eslavath Raju, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for respondents and perused the materia-l on record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view ol the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16140 of 2025 dated 16.06.2025, the respondent authorities have registered the subject document.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that, pending the writ petition, the respondent authorities have I I .- 2 issued a lresh Notilication under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, oo 12.11.2025 and in view of the same, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication :rnd requested to close the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said proceedings before the appropriate authorities.

Recording the alorementioned submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty as sought for.
