The applicants-petitioners have further submitted that after filing of the conne cted CRP No.33 of 2011, they came to know that respondent Nos.2, 12 and 13 died long before the filing of the aforesaid revision petition. Learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners has submitted that the names of t he respondent Nos.2, 12 and 13 are required to be struck off as Opposite parties and the names of the legal heirs of the respondent Nos.2, 12 and 13 as mentione d in the present application are also required to be impleaded in the civil revi sion petition aforesaid. Learned counsel for the respondents has raised no serious objection to the praye r made by the learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners. In view of the above, considering the facts and circumstances, the prayer for st riking off the names of the respondent Nos.2, 12 and 13 and adding of the names of the opposite party Nos.1 (a) to 1(g), 2(a) to 2(i) and 3(a) to 3(g), as respo ndents in the accompanying Civil Revision Petition No.33 of 2011, is allowed. The Registry is directed to rectify the cause title in CRP No.33 of 2011 in term s of the above order. Misc. application stands disposed of in terms of the above observations and dire ctions.
