JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 2 14-03-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 34 of the Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act with regard to the recovery of six drums of sprit. The petitioner is in jail since 20.09.2011. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 243 of 2011 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a near relative and the petitioner will not indulged in such activity and the bailor shall report about petitioner’s indulgence in such activity upon which the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled.
