This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)AC, 26(i)(ii)(iii) and 35 of the Arms Act. It alleged a factory unearthed manufacturing fire arm. 18.03.2013, having no criminal antecedent. Hence, having regard facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S. Tr. No. 420 of 2013 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 52 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Ad Hoc Additional Sessions Judge, III, Munger, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner who will file affidavit to the effect that that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the trial Court, on being satisfied about the criminal antecedent, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail.
