CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 2 31-08-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 95 of 2012 registered under Sections 353, 384, 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation that petitioner was instrumental in getting the Government land and registered in the name of possessed person for which he had got Rs. 1000/- from the each villagers. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with Bheldi P.S.
