CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 3 23-01-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 36 of 2012, S.Tr. No. 493 of 2012 registered under Sections 144, 341 and 348 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report and name of the petitioner has find place on confessional statement of co- accused Vijay Kumar Das and he has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38509 o0f 2012. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned XI Additional Sessions Judge, Chapra at Saran, in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 36 of 2012, S. Tr. No. 493 of 2012. m.p. (Gopal Prasad, J)
