SINHA ORAL ORDER 4 05-06-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehending arrest connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 304 B / 201 / 34 of the Penal Code. They are named in the First Information Report and happen to be the mother-in-law and two younger brother-in-laws of the deceased. In view of the allegations set out against the petitioners in the First Information Report, I direct the petitioners to appear in the court below (Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Kesharia P.S. case no.283 of 2012) within four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail. While considering the prayer for regular bail, the court below shall grant bail to petitioner nos. 2 and 3 on furnishing bail bonds of 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16502 of 2013 (4) dt.05-06-2013 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kesharia P.S. case no.283 of 2012 . So far petitioner no.1, mother-in-law is concerned, her request for grant of bail be considered by the court below in the light of the allegations set out against her in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
