8.10.2012 Joint Secretary and the Deputy Secretary of the Department are present as the Principal Secretary is away to Kathmandu in connection with Government work. It is submitted on their behalf that in the light of the order dated 5.3.2012 steps have been taken to pay the arrears of salary of the petitioners for the period between 1.4.2012 till August, 2012 in the light of office order no.66 dated 11.8.2012 and the arrears of salary for the period between 29.11.2011-31.3.2012 shall be paid to the petitioners within two months from today.
