CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHYAM KISHORE SHARMA HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL
ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHYAM KISHORE SHARMA) ------------
3 18-12-2013 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State of Jharkhand has challenged the writ petition on the ground of maintainability as according to him the petitioner has sought his grievance against the State of Jharkhand and he should have filed the writ petition before the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi and not at Patna. Not only on the ground of maintainability, on merit it has been submitted by learned counsel representing the State of Jharkhand that he had talked with the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi and he has informed that the petitioner has been released from there and was being brought to Patna. Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1158 of 2013 (3) dt.18-12-2013 In view of the stand taken by learned counsel appearing for the State of Jharkhand, this writ petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly disposed of.
