JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 30-10-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act. The police has recovered a loaded pistol from the possession of the petitioner. He is in jail since 23.06.2013. In view of the above, the petitioner, named above, would be released on bail on 23.12.13 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai, Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.114 of 2013, subject to the conditions that one of the bailers must be close relative of the petitioner and if the petitioner is found involved in similar nature of case in future. He should cooperate in proceeding of the court below and in the event of Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45426 of 2013 (2) dt.30-10-2013 non-cooperation the court below will be at liberty to pass any order including cancellation of the bail of the petitioner. (Shivaji Pandey, J) AnilKrSinha/-
