JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 28-06-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.2.2011 passed in S.T. No.356 of 2010, arising out of Majhaulia P.S. Case No.344 of 2008 by the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran by which he has rejected the discharge application. While passing the impugned order the court below has perused different paragraphs of the case diary and 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9543 of 2011 (2) dt.28-06-2012 statements made therein and found that the case is made out under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court does not find any error in the impugned order. This application is dismissed. However, the petitioners will be at liberty to raise all the points before the court below at the appropriate stage. Vinay/- (Shivaji Pandey, J)
