JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY) 3 31-01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. In the present case, petitioner has submitted that the court below has wrongly refused to exhibit the V.C.D. which was recorded while making the appointments of Panchayat Shishak. The counsel for the petitioner has accepted that it was completely a private arrangement and it was not at the instance of any official order by competent authority. In this view of the matter, the order passed by the court below cannot be said to be illegal and bad in law. The petitioner has further stated that he has called for Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29741 of 2011 (3) dt.31-01-2012 documents relating to appointment from accused persons and that has been rejected on the ground that the documents are lying with the Appellate Authority. The petitioner will be a liberty to file appropriate application before the court below to call for the relevant documents from the appropriate forum. With the above observation, this application is
