JUSTICE MAHESH CHANDRA SHARMA Mr. Sajid Ali, for the petitioners Mr. Pradeep Shrimal, PP for the State --- Mr. Sajid Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to submit documents before the investigating officer and whatever documents the petitioners filed before the Investigating Officer, the same should be investigated by the investigating officer in a proper manner. He further states that the investigating officer may be directed to investigate the matter in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly. The misc. petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
