In the second round also nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. This criminal misc. petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner for quashing the FIR No. 248/2011 for the offences under sections 420, 406 and 120 B IPC. I have gone through the contents of the FIR. In the inherent jurisdiction of this court under section 482 Cr.P.C. this is not case in which FIR should be quashed. The investigation in the case is pending. The criminal misc. petition stands rejected. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the points raised in this misc. petition before the investigating officer, if he is advised to do so.
