JUSTICE MAHESH CHANDRA SHARMA Mr. Shamsuddin Ansari, for the petitioner Mr. Pradeep Shrimal, PP for the State --- This criminal misc. petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. by the accused petitioner for early disposal of the application filed by the petitioner seeking permission for renewal of his passport pending before the trial court. This prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned Public Prosecutor. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the trial court to decide the application filed by the petitioner for renewal of his passport as early as possible if possible within a period of three weeks in accordance with law.
