(Oral) The petitioner seeks a direction to consider her claim as contained in the representation dated 9.7.2011 (Annexure P-6) and thereupon, appoint her to the post of Librarian as per her merit. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, however, without expressing any views on the merits of the petitioner's claim for appointment as Librarian, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's claim as contained in her representation dated 9.7.2011 (Annexure P-6) which may be further supplemented by the petitioner, if needs, by passing a speaking order, within a period of two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
