Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. To be referred to the Reporters or not? 3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioner is a Veterinary Inspector who has been transferred from C.V.H. Majitha to C.V.H., Alwalpur, District Jalandhar vide the impugned order dated 29/30.6.2011 (Annexure P-1). Explaining some hardship, the petitioner has challenged his transfer. Owing to the fact that the transfer is an incidence of service, no interference is called for by this Court in exercise of its writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the mitigating circumstances, if any likely to be caused to the petitioner on account of his transfer. Ordered accordingly. Dasti. August 11, 2011 Mohinder (SURYA KANT) JUDGE
