The petitioner seeks a mandamus for the release of pension/’family pension’ and other retiral dues of her deceased husband along with arrears. (2). The respondents have filed their reply/affidavit which does suggest that due amounts have been released in favour of the petitioner. (3). Be that as it may, the writ petition is disposed of with a clarification that in case the petitioner finds that she is entitled to some other benefit(s) also, she shall be at liberty to represent to the competent authority in regard thereto, who, in turn is directed to consider and dispose of her claim immediately but not later than two months from the date of receipt of such representation. CWP No.19153 of 2010.doc - 2 – (4). Disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
