Judgment
CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE RANJIT SINGH
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. To be referred to the Reporters or not? 3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? Present: Mr.Ramesh Achint, Advocate, for the petitioner. ***** RANJIT SINGH, J. The petitioner seeks quashing of the meeting being a member of the Panchayat Samiti. I do not see any legal right with the petitioner to file such a petition. The petitioner was issued notice for meeting which was fixed on 14.5.2012. She statedly had gone to the place of meeting, which, according to her did not commence at the time given. Subsequently, she left the place as she was to attend some Bhog ceremony. She has now come forward to challenge the meeting held on 22.5.2012 where she was not present. The counsel has not been able to satisfy the court that petitioner has right to seek quashing of a simple meeting which was allegedly held in her absence. What would be the cause for the petitioner to make grievances against holding of a meeting. It is not disclosed if any order adverse to the petitioner or her interest was passed. This petition is totally frivolous and is dismissed. July 17, 2012 ramesh ( RANJIT SINGH ) JUDGE
