Operative part

CORAM:- HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE RANJIT SINGH PRESENT: Mr. Sanjeev Kadian, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Sushma Chopra, Addl. A.G., Haryana, for the State. **** RANJIT SINGH, J. Counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the order passed in respect of co-accused, who has been granted concession of bail by this Court on 23.9.2011. In the earlier order passed by this Court, it has been noticed that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the husband of the complainant was representing the company, in which the petitioner had made investment on large scale and on demand of the money being so raised, this false case has been lodged against the petitioner. Without commenting on the merits and in order to maintain the parity with Court, the present petition is allowed. Bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Panipat. January 13, 2012 monika ( RANJIT SINGH ) JUDGE
