On the asking of Court, Shri Sukhdip Singh Brar, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents. The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to respondent No.2, Amritsar Improvement Trust to execute the agreement in favour of the petitioner for the transfer of the plot bearing No.E/242, situated on the Ajnala Road Area Expansion Scheme, Amritsar, being a locally displaced person. The petitioner in this regard relies upon a judgment of the Division Bench dated May 8,2006 passed in LPA No.751 of 1992 (Annexure P.11). CWP NO.18978 of 2006 -2- After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the present petition, we dispose of the present petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the Improvement Trust, Amritsar, respondent No.2, appending all the relevant documents and also the copy of judgment Annexure P.11 within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is received. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner, then respondent No.2 Trust shall take a final decision thereupon within a further period of four months of the filing of the said representation, by passing a detailed and speaking order and take such further action, as may be required, in accordance with law.
