On the asking of Court, Shri Ashok Jindal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Copies of the writ petition have been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents. On November 29,2006, the Chief Administrator, HUDA, Panchkula had appeared before us in connection with hearing of CWP No.15433 of 2006 and other connected matters and had made a detailed statement. On the basis of the aforesaid statement, a large number of cases were disposed of. In view of the orders passed in CWP No.15433 of 2006, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. The present petition is disposed of accordingly.
