(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties have agreed that they shall have no objection, if the present petition is allowed to be withdrawn with a direction to the learned trial Court not to consider the findings given in order dated 30.9.2010 with regard to dismissal of application under Section 91, Cr. P.C. at the time of final arguments. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
