NARESH KUMAR SANGHI J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition and prays that he may be relegated to take all the alternative remedies, available to him under law. He further submits that notice of accusation has been served to the petitioner, therefore, his personal presence may be exempted from appearance in the trial court. The prayer has not been opposed by the counsel opposite. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Criminal Misc. No. M-27155 of 2010 -2- During the course of trial, the petitioner may appear through his counsel. The learned trial court may enforce the presence of the petitioner as and when required.
