Heard Sri Sunil Bajaj, the appellant who appeared in person, though his Advocate Sri Vaibhav Upadhyay is not present.
Sri Sunil Bajaj-appellant has stated that the learned counsel for the respondents has not appeared, however, notice has already been served upon them. He has pressed the urgency in the matter and submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court but on account of non-cooperation of the respondents, mediation could not be successful.
Considering the submission of Sri Sunil Bajaj-appellant, list this case on 14.10.2025. This matter may be taken at 3.45 PM in the first round as this matter may not be adjourned on the next date. The appellant may intimate this order to the learned counsel for the respondents in writing and the receipt thereof may be shown to the Court on the next date.
