Heard Shri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for opposite party no.1.

Issue notice to opposite party no. 3 returnable at an early date.

By means of this petition, the petitioners has prayed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.01.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 07 of 2026 under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 76, 74, 109(1) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station-Pakbara, District- Moradabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the issue in question may be settled amicably through Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court, therefore, the matter may be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court. Before sending the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Center, consent of the parties would be required.

Petitioner no. 1 shall bring a Demand Draft of Rs. 25,000/- in the name of Usha (opposite party no. 3). The same shall be handed over to the opposite party no. 3, if she agrees for mediation proceedings.

Therefore, list this case on 25.02.2026.

On the said date, petitioner no. 1 and opposite party no. 3 shall appear in 2 CRLP No. 1380 of 2026 person before this Court to apprise as to whether they are agreeable for settling the issue through Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.

Station House Officer, P.S. Pakbara, District-Moradabad shall inform this order to opposite party no. 3.

The A.G.A. shall inform this order to the S.H.O., P.S. Pakbara, District- Moradabad telephonically, e-mail/ any other convenient mode for its compliance.
