1. This matter taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:-
i) Direct the Respondents to issue the order in favour of the Applicants in modifying the resolution dt.04.05.2013 under Annexure-6 as regular Primary School teacher at par with the courterpart SSS (Para Teacher) engaged under Zillaparishad have been regularised since 01.04.2008 under Annexure-3 by taking into account the past service of Applicants rendered as SSS (Para Teacher) since 2001 towards seniority and pensionary benefits within a time to be stipulated by this Hon’ble Tribunal. And pass such other order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice.
However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioners to make a detailed representation before Opp. Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant // 2 // documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.
5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioners.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
