Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to release the seized building, i.e., 1st and 2nd floor situated over Plot No.1249, Khata No.1103, mouza-Panisalia in the district of Jagatsinghpur, which was seized by the Opposite Parties, namely, Chief District Medical Officer, Jagatsinghpur-Opposite Party No.4 under the provisions of Clinical Establishment (R & C) Act,

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instruction, submits that the property in question has already been released in favour of the Petitioner on 4th October, 2024.
