Petitioners in this CMP seek to assail the order dated 12th September, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Deogarh in IA No.1 of 2022 (arising out of CS No.51 of 2018), whereby an application under Order I Rule 10 CPC has been rejected.
