statement. This prayer is vehemently objected by Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that the statutory period for filing written objection has already lapsed. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2, list this case again on 23rd September, 2022 for consideration of the prayer as well as the objection raised by the learned counsel for the parties.
