25.02.2022 Heard Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mrs. Momota Oinam, learned Addl. AG appearing for the respondents No. 1-4 and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 5. The present application have been filed for bringing on record the legal representative of the deceased petitioner in the connected writ petition. The counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present application. In view of the submission made above, the present writ petition is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the applicant, viz., Smt. K. Liansangpuii, aged about 66 years, W/o (L) B. Malsawma, resident of Salem Veng, P.O. & P.S.
