17.06.2022 [1] I heard Mr. M. Gunedhor, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG for the respondent. [2] Mr. Gunedhor represented that pursuant to the order dated

06.11.2019 passed by this Court in Bail Appln. No. 36 of 2019 and Bail Appln. No. 37 of 2019, in para 32(iii) of the order it was directed that “the petitioners should not leave or move anywhere from their present abode without leave of this Court. The petitioners should surrender their passports to the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court custody.” [3] Mr. Gunedhor, the learned counsel for the applicant represented that by the present MC(Bail Application) No. 4 of 2022, the applicant is seeking permission of this Court to leave Manipur and to travel to Kolkata, West Bengal for a period of eleven (11) days from P a g e | 2

19.06.2022 to 30.06.2022 for her medical checkup. But, as per the condition imposed in para 32(iii) of the said judgment and order dated

06.11.2019 passed by this Court in Bail Appln. No. 36 of 2019 and Bail Appln. No. 37 of 2019, the applicant is unable to leave the State. Therefore, Mr. Gunedhor represented that the applicant may be permitted to leave the State of Manipur for Kolkata for her medical checkup and return back at Imphal on 30.06.2022. [4] Accordingly, the present MC(Bail Application) No. 4 of 2022 may be allowed. [5] Mr. Gunedhor further represented that the applicant is not having any passport. [6] Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG for the respondent represented that the present MC(Bail Application) No. 4 of 2022 may be allowed with a direction to the applicant to return on 30.06.2022 and report the concerned Court i.e. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Imphal West-II whereas Mr. Gunedhor, learned counsel for the applicant represented that the applicant is returning from Kolkata, West Bengal to Imphal, Manipur on 30.06.2022. [7] Therefore, on returning Manipur, the applicant is directed to report the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Imphal West-II on P a g e | 3

04.07.2022 by way of filing an affidavit in compliance of the order passed by this Court. [8] Accordingly, the present MC(Bail Application) No. 4 of 2022 is allowed. Sushil JUDGE
