S.S.SATHEESACHANDRAN, J.-------------------------------W.P.(C).NO.22204 OF 2009 (O)-----------------------------------Dated this the 28th day of August, 2009J U D G M E N TThe writ petition is filed seeking mainly the following reliefs:i. to call for the records relating to Exts.P1 to P3 and to issue appropriate order or direction directing the PrincipalSub Court, Thiruvananthapuram to pass orders on I.A.No.5982 of 2008 in O.P.(A)No.172 of 1994 allowing the interim application filed by the petitioner for re-opening the O.P.(A).No.172 of 1994 and to pass decree in terms of Ext.P1 award.ii. to issue or pass appropriate order or direction directing the Principal SubCourt, Thiruvananthapuram to pass orders in I.A.No.5982 of 2008 and also inO.P.(A).No.172 of 1994 by disposing of the same as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a period of 15 days. WPC.22204/0922. A report was called from the court below as to the present stage of the case restored under Ext.P2 order. It is reported the case was posted for final hearing on 16.9.2009and thereafter posted to 25.8.2009 for submission of argument note or for hearing. Having regard to the submissions made and the report filed, I direct the court below to dispose the case O.P.(Arb).No.172 of 1994 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, with a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
