Shaffique, J.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -W.A.No. 1153 OF 2012- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Dated this the 21st day of June, 2012JUDGMENTShaffique, J.The appellant challenges an interim order passed by the learned Single Judge refusing to interfere with an order of transfer of the writ petitioner from Tripunithura to Kochi.

It is the contention of the appellant/petitionerthat the transfer order was made by the authority which had no competence to issue the transfer order and there are malafides in the transfer. According to the appellant, he was transferred four times within a period of 4 years and therefore there is no reason for the present transfer.

The impugned order is only of an interim nature and it is open for the appellant to place all contentions before the learned Single Judge. Having gone through the impugned order, we are of the view that there is no illegality in the same so far as matters stand now. WA No. 1153 of 2012-:2:-Hence leaving open all the contentions to beconsidered by the learned Single Judge, we dismiss the appeal. Manjula Chellur, Ag. Chief Justice. A.M.
