O R D E RPetitioners are accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No. 585/2012 of Parassala Police Station pending before the J.F.M.C.-II,Neyyattinkara. Petitioners are ready to appear before the Court and apply for regular bail. The petitioners apprehend that if they appear before the learned Magistrate, they will be remanded to judicial custody without considering their applications for bail on the same day.2. Considering the facts of the case, I feel that this is a fit casein which a direction can be issued as follows: If petitioners appear before the J.F.M.C.-II,Neyyattinkara in the above crime and in the event of filing application for bail, the learned Magistrateshall consider the bail application and pass appropriate orders on the same day itself.
